Wednesday

Hi all.......I am having a terrific time. My son is doing awesome at camp. Me ....I am finding my way around Ohio just fine. Stopped in at a sweet scrap store....they were very friendly and helpful. I love going to scrap stores in the area where I am traveling. I think we all need to support the lss.....we don't want them to be a thing of the past....after all thats where we also meet others with the same obsession...hehe. Any way....hope all is well in your neck of the woods. Stay cool and I will try to upload some pics of my grandson.....if I can get to online. If not I will upload next week when I get back. Fathers Day album completed!

Hello Ladies....I am so excited to finally get to show you my Fathers Day album. I have had to dig for some of these pics as they are more than 22 years old. I wanted to do a sort of tribute to my husband and the Father he has been over the years.....I think I captured exactly what I wanted. Pagemaps Contest!!

Hello Ladies...hope your Saturday is one to remember! I have a quick post as we are getting ready to leave for a trip. My son has wrestling camp and then off to see my new grandson and new niece....Yahoo! Any way Pagemaps is having yet another contest.....Yeah! I had to do a layout based on a sketch.....I think next time I'll show the sketch too but heres my layout! This is a pic of my new niece Annabelle.....isn't she just adorable....I can't wait to see both babies in person! I used some Prima papers and goodies.....love prima. GCD Fathers Day card contest

Hello hello bloggers! It a rainy cloudy day here. I just love to blog hop.....to see what everyone else is up to. On one of my hops I found myself at the gcd studios blog. I just love there papers....I think in the last 2 weeks I have bought almost every one Michaels carries. They are sooo beautiful. Monday Monday!!

Hey there Ladies... I am having an awesome day so far! I had lunch with a friend and chatted awhile...fun...fun...fun! Now I have a few cards to show you.....BBTB challenge using the sheetloads sketch and I have Got sketch card. First up is the BBTB card......You had to use the sketch and any flower cut from any cart. I used a flower from the wild card cart. I made an anniversary card......I used some lovely GCD papers and tattered angels glimmer chips. Enjoy the rest of your day!!

Got Sketch card

Next up today is my Got sketch card. I absolutely love there sketches.....so much fun to work with. I made a baby card for a friend at church that just had a baby girl.....so sweet! I used some making memories papers and again tattered angels glimmer chips and mist....love there mist. You will see lots of my projects using glimmer mist.....such a cool effect!

Hello out there in blog land....hope your Saturday is going great! I am trying to finish some projects that I have been busy with. Which leads me to todays post....I made this project with the papers from the May kit from Scrapbook Obsessions.....which featured Porcelain from Basicgrey. Love this kit has to be one of my favorite....well they all are when it comes down to it. This is a flip mini album....I cannot in all honesty take credit for this idea...got it from a sketch site... Creative Scrappers. I used a 5x7 acrylic photo stand up frame.....such a cool idea! There are 8 pics in all....enjoy and I'll be back soon!

ICS challenge and Use it challenge together

Hello hello....found a new challenge by way of a blog I have been visiting....Carla aka moralia.wordpress ....she is very talented. Thank you Carla for your inspiration! The new challenge blog is Use it....well its just what it means....you use what you have. And we all have LOTS of stash. Anyway I thought this challenge was cool.....so I incorporated the new sketch from ICS a card sketch challenge blog...... I used my scraps from the daily drind from fancy pants. The challenge for use it was from Carla and was to 1. only scraps {no 12x12 papers are to be harmed}. 2.bling 3. die cuts 4. bonus {4 different pp} I think I got everything......you be the judge....have a great evening!

Card Patterns challenge

Hi all.....I have got some fantastic news....my grandson was born today....he's 7lbs. 14oz. and 21 inches long.....his name is Paxton.....love it! On to todays card patterns challenge..... I used some fabulous GCD papers and Prima embellies......I just love the purple. I don't usually scrap with alot of purple but I do love this color. Have a great evening!

Pagemaps Contest

Hi all.....I just love pagemaps! I just love the sketches over there....so fun to work with. This will actually be my first layout submitted. I have wanted to scrap these pics for awhile.....they were taken at the last Ladies retreat at our church in the fall. I have had this title in my head for quite some time. It is actually one of my favorite songs by Newsong. Its about how we all need friends who are on our side praying for us.
